Jackson Kelly is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Bartow in in Lucky Hank, the Big Shot Manager in The Thing About Pam, the Gasoline Thief in Ultra Violet & Black Scorpion, Sam in My Year of Dicks, and the First Mask in Oak Thorn & The Old Rose of Love.
